Lumen Sessions: Monthly Coaching & Guidance

LUMEN Sessions offer steady, relational support held within a consistent monthly rhythm. Sessions weave coaching, nervous-system care, somatic ritual, contemplative presence, and practical support—creating space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what feels most true.

Clients commit to a 2-month season at a time and may renew as space allows. Each tier includes access to the Community Circle, which will offer a monthly group space alongside online somatic and educational resources.

A contemplative, embodied space to listen for the sacred and the movement of the Divine within and around you. These sessions offer kind, attentive companionship for exploring faith, doubt, identity, and belonging—supporting trust in your own experience through gentle, nonjudgmental listening rather than fixing or advising.

Slow, intuitive movement to support nervous-system resilience, rest, and embodied integration—meeting the body as a place of wisdom, safety, and renewal.

She carries deep initiatory experience in grief tending, soul retrieval, sexual reclamation, trauma care, curanderismo, and earth-based ceremonial practice—rooted in reverence for the lineages she descends from and those she walks beside.

Marisa does not offer surface healing—she offers sacred tending. She is devoted to ritual and ceremony that honor, remember, initiate, complete, and transform. Her work is intentionally neurodivergent-inclusive, shaped to welcome the full spectrum of human expression, processing, and being.

With training and mentorship across Mexica teachings, curanderismo, somatic narrative embodiment, trauma narrative storywork, medical exercise, nutrition, and thousands of hours coaching behavioral and spiritual evolution, she weaves containers where people can remember what they were never meant to forget: their story matters, sorrow is sacred, their body is wise, and their descent into self is holy.

Her offerings are not something she stands above or apart from. They are something she walks within—fully, humbly, as a participant in the sacred journey.
