“My favorite experience from the sacred cycle mentorship was relating with the other students and receiving validation of the superpowers of the neurodivergent mind. I learned so much from the materials and, for once in my almost 50 years of life, I was able to finally live. Unmasking and unmirroring gave me so much freedom. Introduction to Indigenous living also allowed me to live in harmony with the four seasons and give myself grace for the growth cycle throughout the year. It's essential to flow rather than give into expectations of society—rest when it’s time to rest and grow when it’s time to grow.”
